Please read carefully: By accessing and using FeelIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User", "you") and FeelIQ Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the FeelIQ website, application, and all related services.

2. User Eligibility

By using FeelIQ, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the accuracy of your account information
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • One account per person unless explicitly authorized

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence

4. Credits & Payments

4.1 Credit System

  • Services on FeelIQ are accessed via a credit-based system
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Credits do not have monetary value outside the platform
  • Unused credits do not expire

4.2 Pricing & Changes

  • We reserve the right to change credit costs at any time with notice
  • Price changes do not affect existing unused credits
  • All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated

4.3 Payment Terms

  • All charges are processed through Cashfree (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for orders
  • Payment failures may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for all charges to your account

4.4 GST Invoices

  • A GST invoice is auto-generated for every successful credit purchase
  • Invoices include applicable CGST + SGST (or IGST for inter-state transactions), HSN/SAC code, and taxable amount breakdown
  • Invoices can be downloaded from the transaction history page
  • Invoice copies are retained for 7 years as per statutory requirements

4.5 Payment Mode

  • In development mode, mock payments are used for testing — no real charges are made
  • In production mode, all payments are processed through live Cashfree gateway
  • You will be informed of the current payment mode before completing a transaction

5. AI-Powered Tools

FeelIQ offers AI-powered tools that use Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide intelligent assistance. By using these tools, you agree to the following:

5.1 AI Tool Usage

  • AI tools require credits to access and use
  • AI tools may have session-based access with configurable durations
  • AI tools may have rate limits (e.g., 10 requests per minute)
  • AI tools may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages

5.2 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use
  • AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
  • We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content

5.3 Data Processing by LLM Providers

  • When you use AI tools, your inputs may be sent to third-party AI service providers
  • These providers process your data to generate responses
  • We do not allow LLM providers to use your data for training their models
  • AI tool data is processed per-session and is not retained longer than necessary
  • Each LLM provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices

5.4 AI Tool Limitations

  • AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses
  • AI tools may not understand context, nuance, or domain-specific requirements
  • AI tools may be subject to provider rate limits and availability
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI tools at any time

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use FeelIQ to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Spam, phishing, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Access or use tools for automated scraping or data mining
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Sell or resell access to FeelIQ services
  • Use AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Use abusive, profane, or offensive language in any tool input
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI tool behavior
  • Use AI tools to circumvent security measures or access controls

6.1 Content Moderation

  • All free-text inputs across our tools are screened for abusive or offensive language
  • Messages that violate this policy are blocked and you will see a warning before your input is submitted
  • Blocked inputs are recorded (including your account email, IP address, and the flagged content) so we can investigate repeated misuse
  • Repeated violations may result in your account being locked and credits for the session being forfeited

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on FeelIQ including source code, databases, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to FeelIQ and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our content commercially without authorization

8. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload or submit to FeelIQ:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and process it for service delivery
  • You warrant that you own or have rights to the content
  • You are responsible for compliance with laws
  • We may remove content that violates our policies

9. Service Availability & Modifications

FeelIQ is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue services (with notice when possible)
  • Update features, tools, and functionality
  • Perform maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability
  • Change service terms with reasonable notice
  • Modify AI tool capabilities, providers, or availability

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • FeelIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or content
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
  • We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy or reliability
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FeelIQ harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the platform
  • Your content or user-generated material
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Your use of AI-generated content

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Non-payment of charges
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use FeelIQ ends immediately. We are not liable for any consequences of account termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE"

  • No warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
  • You use the platform at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
  • AI-generated content is provided without warranty of accuracy

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in the courts of India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
