Your Privacy Matters: FeelIQ only sets the cookies needed to keep the platform working. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. Any optional, non-essential processing (such as Sentry session recording) only starts after you give consent. This policy is GDPR and ePrivacy Directive compliant.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit our website. They help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and keep your session secure.

Types of Cookies:

  • Session Cookies: Temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser
  • Persistent Cookies: Remain on your device until deleted or they expire
  • First-Party Cookies: Set by FeelIQ
  • Third-Party Cookies: Set by our service providers

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies (Always Active)

Required for login and secure sessions

Purpose: Authentication and session management. Set server-side by our API when you sign in and cleared when you sign out.

Examples:

  • access_token — short-lived login token (15 minutes)
  • refresh_token — renews your login (7 days)

Cannot be disabled - required for platform functionality

Preference Storage (Always Active)

Stored in your browser's local storage, not cookies

Purpose: Remember settings you choose, such as:

  • Dark / light theme
  • Sidebar collapsed state

These only save choices you make and are never sent to advertising partners

Analytics (Consent Required)

Only active after you accept

Purpose: Anonymized usage analysis to help us improve the platform.

Provider: Sentry session recording. Error monitoring for stability is always on and does not depend on this consent.

Data Collected: Anonymized session recordings and usage patterns, with text masked and media blocked by default.

You can accept, reject, or change this choice at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer

None currently used

Status: FeelIQ does not use advertising or marketing cookies today.

If we introduce them in the future, we will ask for your consent before placing them
